The rear bumper cover is direct bolt on,no modification is needed for 16-21 all camaros. 
Bumper kit includes a rear bumper cover and a pair of rear reflectors. 
 
Please note that you will need to find a local muffer shop to fabriate a center exit exhaust. The easist route would be cutting off the factory muffler and make a new axle-back exhaust to fit the new rear bumper
